We source our wool from England, and more particularly, Hainsworth. Hainsworth specializes in producing 100% fine Merino Wool (the very same wool worn by the Queen’s Guards at the Battle of Waterloo!). This wool is heavy enough to ward off the cold, but light enough to be fashionably molded and cut, making for a quality-lifelong investment.

After years of visiting different mills and factories, Ivelisse found the soft but sturdy Italian lambskin leather that features across many of hiLo’s pieces. That same care was then taken in the search for the silk, cotton, and denim that define the heart of the brand.
